R&D and quality control and service allow us to take into account stylistic and technological characteristics of any project.

New customized profiles mastering implies research and development works (R&D works), including design documentation preparation, instrument manufacturing (die or a set of dies), profiles extrusion and final shaping, preproduction sample manufacturing.

The term between R&D contract signing and preproduction sample delivery is usually 3 weeks. Terms of profiles delivery after preproduction sample acceptance: not later than 3-4 weeks after order placing.
